Vigorus Ingredients: What Is in Each Capsule
Quick answer
Each Vigorus capsule lists 20 mg of niacin (vitamin B3), 11 mg of zinc and a 570 mg proprietary blend. The blend holds L-citrulline, L-carnitine, pine bark, maca root, grape skin and saffron extracts. The label gives only the 570 mg total, so the amount of each blend ingredient is not published.
What ingredients does Vigorus list on its label?
Vigorus lists two vitamins and minerals with exact amounts, plus a six-part blend. Every figure on this page comes from the printed Supplement Facts panel, not from ads or reviews.
- 20 mgNiacin (vitamin B3), 125% DV
- 11 mgZinc, 100% DV
- 570 mgSix-ingredient blend, total only
- 1Capsule per day
The capsule shell and fillers are listed as other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. You can see the whole panel rebuilt on the Supplement Facts page.
How much niacin is in Vigorus, and is it a sensible amount?

Niacin (vitamin B3), 20 mg
Each capsule has 20 mg of niacin. Adults have an upper limit of 35 mg a day from supplements and fortified food (NIH ODS). So one capsule stays under that line.
Niacin in the nicotinic acid form can cause flushing. That warm, red, itchy skin often starts around 30-50 mg. At 20 mg, most people should stay below that range, though sensitive people may still notice it.
How much zinc is in Vigorus?
One capsule gives 11 mg of zinc as zinc oxide. That equals the daily need for adult men, and the upper limit is 40 mg a day (NIH ODS).
Why the zinc form matters
Zinc oxide is a common, low-cost form. It is fine for a daily top-up. If you already take a multivitamin with zinc, add the two amounts together so you stay under 40 mg.
What is inside the 570 mg proprietary blend?
The blend holds six ingredients, and the label gives one total for all of them. Tap each tab to see what the ingredient is and where it comes from.

How do the blend amounts compare with research doses?
Each blend ingredient gets less than 570 mg, and likely much less. Studies often used grams, not milligrams.
| Ingredient | Amounts used in research | Amount in Vigorus |
|---|---|---|
| L-Citrulline | About 3-9 g a day in exercise studies (NIH ODS) | Part of 570 mg, not broken out |
| L-Carnitine | Mostly 1-3 g a day (NIH ODS) | Part of 570 mg, not broken out |
| Pine bark extract | Tested in dozens of trials as Pycnogenol (Weichmann et al., 2024) | Part of 570 mg, not broken out |
| Maca root extract | Small, mixed trials (Shin et al., 2010) | Part of 570 mg, not broken out |
| Grape skin extract | No standard dose set | Part of 570 mg, not broken out |
| Saffron stigmas extract | Small trials only | Part of 570 mg, not broken out |
L-Citrulline
The body turns citrulline into arginine, then into nitric oxide. Exercise studies gave about 3-9 g. A 2022 review found no clear boost to aerobic performance (Viribay et al., 2022). Even the whole 570 mg blend is well under one study dose of citrulline alone.
L-Carnitine
Carnitine helps move fat into cells to be burned for fuel. The body makes its own. Most studies used 1-3 g a day, so any share of 570 mg is small by comparison.
Pine bark extract
French maritime pine bark has a large body of research. A 2024 review counted 39 controlled human trials, including heart and blood vessel topics. The label does not say how much pine bark is in each capsule.
Maca root extract
Maca is a root vegetable from Peru. A 2010 systematic review said the evidence on sexual function was too limited to draw firm conclusions.
Grape skin extract
Grape skins carry resveratrol and other polyphenols. There is no agreed supplement dose, and the label gives no amount.
Saffron stigmas extract
Saffron is a costly spice. Small trials have looked at mood and sexual function, but the evidence is limited.
Which Vigorus ingredients match which sales-page claim?
The sales page says Vigorus is made to support libido, circulation, and healthy testosterone within the normal range. Here is how the listed ingredients line up with those three claims. This is a map of intent, not proof of effect.
Circulation
L-citrulline, pine bark and grape skin are the ingredients most tied to blood flow and nitric oxide in research.
Libido
Maca and saffron are the two plant extracts studied, in small trials, for sexual desire.
Normal testosterone
Zinc plays a role in normal testosterone levels. The label gives 11 mg, a full day's need.
Carnitine and niacin sit in the background as energy nutrients. See the benefits page for how each claim is worded.
What does the Vigorus label not tell you?
- The amount of each of the six blend ingredients
- Whether the pine bark is a branded, tested extract
- Extract strength or ratio for maca, grape skin or saffron
- An allergen statement
- Any study on the finished Vigorus formula
None of this makes the product unsafe. It does mean you are trusting the recipe. Read how the formula is meant to work for the full picture, and check side effects if you take medicine.
How can you check your own bottle against this list?
Find the Supplement Facts box
It sits on the side of the label wrap, next to the directions and caution text.
Match the two exact amounts
Look for niacin 20 mg (125% DV) and zinc 11 mg (100% DV). These should match this page.
Read the blend line
Check that the 570 mg blend names the same six ingredients in the same order.
Check the seal
The label says not to use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Questions about Vigorus ingredients
How much niacin is in Vigorus?
One capsule gives 20 mg of vitamin B3 as niacin, which the label lists as 125% of the Daily Value. The adult upper limit is 35 mg a day from supplements.
How much zinc does one capsule have?
The label lists 11 mg of zinc as zinc oxide, or 100% of the Daily Value. That matches the daily need for adult men and sits well under the 40 mg upper limit.
How much L-citrulline is in Vigorus?
The label does not say. L-citrulline is one of six ingredients in a 570 mg proprietary blend, and only the blend total is printed.
Why do supplements use proprietary blends?
A blend lets a brand keep its recipe private. It is legal, but it means buyers cannot compare each ingredient with the amounts used in studies.
Does Vigorus contain yohimbe or caffeine?
Neither appears on the label. The label lists eight active ingredients and four other ingredients, and nothing else.
What are the other ingredients?
Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. These form the vegetable capsule and help the powder flow in production.
Is Vigorus vegetarian?
The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, and the bottle carries a vegetarian seal. The site cannot test that seal, and the label prints no allergen statement.
